work politics

Someone snitched at work recently. As I have described in previous posts, one of my managers has missed approximately 30% of the last three or four or five months. We get alot of PTO here, but nothing like the amount he has taken. Apparently, the compliance guy here went and talked to an MD here regarding the fact that he has little to no PTO time left (which is shocking that he has any, im saying fraud). Thats snitching yo. Don't know what we should do.

  1. I know how we would handle this on the streets. But I'm stumped as to how to handle this in Corporate America. I say we take a SNITCH out.

  2. On a semi-related note, PTO is ballin'. I think the reader's would love to know your pay scale, how your PTO works, and your yearly salary. Bonuses? Chances for upward mobility?
