He called me at home. He asked me for my cell phone number so I gave it. Guess what happened?! The stoner lawyer who is bond counsel and is putting the deal together didn't realize that from December 8 to December 22 is only 14 days not 15!!!
Haahahahahaaa... For municipal offerings to be seperate bond issues for tax purposes they MUST 15 days apart or more!
What did he want me to do about this? Nothing. Just thought Id find it funny. And it is!
